 Terms and Conditions

G-Cylinder Pty Ltd., hereby referred to as G-Cylinder, warrants its products to be free from defects for up to 5 years and a 30 day money back guarantee is offered to ensure satisfactory performance is met in a standard test standard under the following terms and conditions:

I. Length
G-Cylinder PCA, PCM and PCRS are warranted for up to five (5) years for the manufacturing, seals and shape of the aluminum case and gold coating. Scratches and abrasion, cosmetic wear and impacts are not covered by this warranty.

All other parts are warranted for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Parts that have been repaired/replaced will be under warranty for the remainder of the warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.

II. Transferability
The warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original owner of the product. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.

III. Coverage
The warranty solely covers parts of G-Cylinder products. G-Cylinder is not liable for products that have been damaged due to abuse or negligence, nor are we liable for incidental or consequential damages. Any normal wear and tear that occurs, including, but not limited to, cosmetic damages, is not covered under G-Cylinders warranty.

The following results in the warranty being voided:

  • Any product where the product number has been defaced, modified, or removed.
  • Damage or failure due to abuse, neglect, usage outside of the intended purpose, failure to read instructions, and acts of God.
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Any non-superficial modifications.

The following are not covered under G-Cylinder’s warranty.

  • Packaging, cable ties, earth wires, or accessories included or used with the product.
  • Any problems pertaining to cosmetics, unless pre-existing.
  • Failure to determine if the product is right for your intended purposes.
  • Any incidental or consequential damages that occur to products not made by G-Cylinder.
  • Shipping charges to G-Cylinder.

IV. Exclusion Of Damages
G-Cylinder reserves the right to either repair or replace the defective product. G-Cylinder shall not be held liable to the purchaser or any third party for any incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damages resulting from interruption of service and loss of business. G-Cylinder is solely responsible for products manufactured by G-Cylinder Pty Ltd and products sold by G-Cylinder, manufactured by our partners B-Tech Co., Ltd Japan and offers no warranties, expressed or implied, for any other products.

V. Limitations Of Implied Warranties
G-Cylinder does not offer any expressed or implied warranties other than that stated in Section I.

VI. Warranty Procedure (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Note: Within the first 30 days of purchase, all returned merchandise must be returned to the retailer with a proof of purchase, unless purchased directly from G-Cylinder.

All products that are returned to G-Cylinder require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any product received without prior authorization will be refused or discarded at our discretion. To obtain an RMA number, please call G-Cylinder on (+61) 1300 303 452 or email [email protected] Make sure to return your G-Cylinder product in undamaged or misused condition with you RMA number and include the proof of purchase. Returned items without the proof of purchase will be disregarded.

Upon approval, you will be assigned an RMA number through e-mail. Carefully package the product and follow the directions in the e-mail. G-Cylinder is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. G-Cylinder is also not responsible for any missing accessories. Do NOT include accessories (unless they are part of the problem) when shipping to G-Cylinder. Make sure to write the RMA number prominently on the front of your return package. Failure to do so may cause your package to be refused or delay the RMA process. Ship the product to:

The RMA number is valid for only 30 days. If G-Cylinder does not receive the RMA goods within 30 days, the RMA number will be voided. G-Cylinder is not responsible for any packages lost during shipping and we highly recommend you use a shipper that offers tracking services. During the warranty period, your product will be repaired or replaced without charge, excluding shipping and handling to G-Cylinder. The user will not be charged for shipping of replacement products.

VII. For Out-of-Warranty Service
For products that are no longer under warranty or have had their warranty voided, please contact us at (+61) 1300 303 452 or e-mail us at [email protected] to see if your product is eligible for repair and for a repair estimate. If accepted, follow the standard RMA procedure for returning the product to us. Upon receipt, any changes in repair costs will be noted prior to repairs being made. If the charges are refused, the product will be shipped back at the user’s cost, as is, along with any payment that may have been included. If user refuses to pay for return shipping, the item will be discarded and G-Cylinder will not be held liable for any losses.

VIII. Out-of-Territory Coverage
G-Cylinder’s warranty is only valid for residents within the Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia. Users outside of Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia must go through their retailer for claims or pay for shipping charges both ways, along with any customs fees, if an RMA is performed with G-Cylinder.
